ABBA KEDDUS/HOLY FATHER.

A Shaman.

Excerpt from an interview with Roland Van Veen and Tyson brown author of the book Abba Keddus.
The interviewer is linking Rastafari with Shamanism. Shamanism was allready explained in much of this Blog. Shamanism is an ancient occult practise, that is diametrically oppossed to Bible teaching.

A Shaman is defined as per their own explanation as the following:
Shaman
'shä-mən. From Evenki (Tungusic language of Siberia) šamān, derived from the Sumerian ‘sham-an’, Eagle of Heaven.

1) sham - from the Sumerian ‘shem’ or ‘sham’ meaning  ‘eagle’ or ‘vehicle of flight’.
2) an - from the Sumerian, ‘heaven’ or ‘celestial’.

A Shaman is:
1)      The Eagle of Heaven
2) One who flies as the Eagle into the Celestial Domains
3) One who is capable of spiritual flight.

The following is an excerpt from Terrance McKenna on Shamanic spirit contact and communication with the spirit world. His description of such is classic occultism and witchcraft.
We are not talking about passive agents of transformation, we are talking about an intelligence, a consciousness, an alive and other mind, a spirit, which of course we have no place in our society. Nature is alive and is talking to us. This is not a metaphor.” Terrance McKenna.

"earliest times it has been recognized that knowledge goes beyond sensory awareness or the rational way of understanding the world. Entering into a communion with the Plant consciousness or Spirit is a way that can take us directly to an experience that can show us that there is no such thing as an inanimate object".
"Everything in the universe is alive, possesses an  awareness, and has a spirit. It offers a significant challenge for the rational Western mind to come to terms with the plant spirit consciousness, and a leap of imagination is required to incorporate the ‘otherness’ of the plant. The magical world to which we are transported by plants is not accessible through the verbal rational mind but through dream language or an expansion of the imagination. Thus dreams and the power of our imagination act like doorways and allow us to be in communion (in the true sense) with the plant spirit consciousness".

Roland: Being initiated in shamanism myself it was unbelievable for me that no writer of books on Rastafari recognized the shamanic origin of the very first rastaprophets in the land of Jamaica. Nearly every author points to biblical prophecies as the starting point of the rasta movement. But for me it was very clear that those first bredren got their visions like shamans all around the globe got their visions. In your book shamanism plays an important role. What is shamanism and why do you think every author till this day ignored its importance towards the revelation of Rastafari?

Tyson: Many people do not know exactly what a shaman is and what role they have played throughout history. There is a great book called Becoming Rasta by a Rasta professor from the University of North Carolina who studied the Rasta elders in Jamaica and asked how and why they became Rastafari. The most common answers was an inner vision, a dream or some kind of personal revelation that made them look at the world differently and begin to pursue knowledge of Ethiopia and its monarchy. This is the classic introduction to shamanic transformation. Shamanism is at the root of all religions, all of the prophets were shamans, Christ, Muhammad, Buddha, Solomon and many others were shamans. I would define shamanism as a practical methodology that leads to self-transformation. It is well-established and well-recognized system of rituals, practices and training that changes the mind and body of those who partake in shamanic initiation. This path opens the doors of higher consciousness and brings forth the divine, higher Self. I think it has been overlooked because it associated with ‘superstition and sorcery’, when in reality, shamanism is the foundation of civilization, knowledge and all religious experience. There is plenty of research to support this fact.

Roland: Ethiopian bible includes the book of Henoch, while the western bible got rid of this important book. Why is this book so important to understand shamanism and the Ethiopian Tewado Church?

Tyson: There is a reason the Western Bible removed the Book of Enoch from its scriptures. This mystical tale is a clear example of shamanic transformation, ascension and the incarnation of the divine Self. The power structures that control institutionalized religion do not want individuals to know that they can understand the sacred through their own personal practices and do not need the Vatican or some preacher telling them about it. Each one of us should set out on our path and use the shamanic message to elevate to the higher spheres. In the Ethiopian Tewado Tradition, the Book of Enoch provides the insight and lays down the path for those ascetics (monks, bahetawi) to escape the flesh and become angels like Enoch. It is very important to the Tewado faith as Enoch was an Ethiopian and the Book of Enoch was written in Geez.

  1. Jesus was never a Shaman since scripture teaches to never have anything thing to do with a wizard nor a witch.

  2. New Agers and certain types of Rastafari not all Rastafari but there is a growing segment, of them who openly promote occultism and Shamanism, who want to claim that Jesus was another christ. We are all christ's this is a doctrine of Anti-Christ a doctrine of devils.

  3. I think its strange how many people spend their time qualifying and disqualifying the spiritual reasonings and methods of others. Its Hate Speech to Me- and Its Allowed to Happen- and its the primary reason that I dislike churches. I fear not hell or atonement to a higher power- I will be accountable. I will Not, however, spend ANY TIME around that Cross Drenched with the Blood of Our Ancestors, Their Guilt and Their Innocence together- their Lives Ended on a IDOL which is Prayed To...Nor will I EVER condone the White Toothed Smiles and Snake Tounged Hatred of those who Practice in this Worldwide Taboo of Death.

    1. Nothing on this blog is indicative of hate speech in anyway. I have written from personal experience, pertaining to witchcraft. This from someone who lives and grew up in the Caribbean, which has been throughout it's history a focal point for witchcraft activity on the highest levels.
