ENCROCHAT: WHATSAPP FOR CRIMINALS.

EncroChat the at present defunct Europe ( France ) based telecommunications network and service provider, that provided end to end encrypted telecommunication that was tailor made for criminals and their activities. The service was used by a who’s who of individual criminals and organizations, such as the infamous Sinaloa Cartel. Anyone familiar with the content on this blog, know that I focus heavily on crime and criminals, in upcoming post’s I will focus exhaustively on Dutch criminals and some of their sophisticated operations. Another reason for highlighting Dutch criminals, is the oft repeated mantra by Dutch politicians that the former Netherlands Antilles, where I live are corrupt and filled with criminals. Al-Qaeda Linked Moroccan male: On an Interpol alert escaped and travelling in eastern Caribbean.

PHILIPSBURG – The KPSM is informing the general public concerning information that was received via Interpol and Caricom Operations of a dangerous subject who fled from Martinique and is wanted by Martinique authorities. Rachid  Rafaa This subject has ties to the terror group al-Qaeda. The subject is believed to have used private boats or aircrafts to be able to travel. The suspect might be traveling through the Eastern Caribbean islands and this puts Sint Maarten on alert as being a tourist destination. The subject is named: Rachid Rafaa, born in Morocco June 30th 1976. The subject may be using false identification for traveling purposes.
