THIS MEDIUM.

In the last year I wrote most of what is posted on this blog however, lately I've reposted several pieces that I found quite intriguing and I thought that I'd share them with you the readers of this blog. I find it quite interesting that the corporate culture that spawned and created Gangster Rap, in all it's deviant maleficence pulled Lil Wayne's Emmet Tills referenced rap. This blog reposted several Final call editorials and we also posted the Cointelpro info, as we are dedicated to presenting a balanced worldview pertinent to our subject of reference. This blog delves into  the African Diaspora globally and we delve into the historical  background of African culture, European culture, Christianity,Islam, Rastafari and similar movements. Our aim is to do this from a Christian or an Apostolic perspective. The fact that we repost articles is not in anyway an endorsement of any group or ideology. The only consensus here is the Lordship of Jesus Messiah of the ages tha...

STREET TALES. ALPO MARTINEZ.

Image
Street Tales, Grisly and Raw; Grim True-Crime Magazine Hits Home With Inmates By CHRIS HEDGES Published: December 06, 1999 Alberto Martinez, known as Alpo, once one of the biggest cocaine dealers in Harlem and Washington, was on the phone with Antoine Clark, the editor, reporter and photographer of F.E.D.S. magazine. Mr. Clark paced back and forth, slipping into prison jargon as he interviewed Mr. Martinez, who was talking from a maximum-security cell in a prison outside New York that he did not want named. Although Mr. Clark had to cajole and coax details out of him, Mr. Martinez wanted F.E.D.S. to publish his descriptions of some of the 14 murders to which he had confessed before he became a government witness. Criminal confessions and tales of the dark side of hip-hop life are a staple of F.E.D.S., for Finally Every Dimension of the Streets. The gruesome authenticity of these interviews has won a fast audience on Rikers Island, where inmates pass photocopies through ...

WHY LINCOLN FREED ENSLAVED AFRICANS.

Image
Posted by Wade Bailey. (FinalCall.com) - Steven Spielberg’s Lincoln opened last week, and many have flocked to see this Hollywood version of one of the nation’s most tumultuous times—the American Civil War. The film purports to recount the last months of the life of Abraham Lincoln as he lobbied to achieve the passage of the 13th Amendment to the Constitution, which is said to have ended legal slavery in America—at least on paper. Spielberg is the master of American propaganda, and there is no one since the notorious director D.W. Griffith who has more successfully exported to the world a utopian vision of America as a Caucasian paradise. And while his White characters—from Jaws to ET to Amistad—show a range of virtues, his Black characters have been limited to cardboard portrayals of simplistic and racially clichéd stereotypes. This is the inescapable context with which one must approach Spielberg’s Lincoln, a film that is no more accurate in its depiction of a critica...

FROM GANGSTA TO DEVIL.

Image
Devils Demons and Gangster's, in Dance hall Music. The preponderance of Devil lyrics in pop culture today is astounding and, extremely shocking today in the Western Hemisphere. The open praising and promotion of Satanism in pop culture is more than a fad. It is an actual cultural value system globally . The island of Jamaica known for its Reggae Music and the Dance hall cultural movement is now becoming even more infamous for the exportation of Satanism from it's shores. The highly controversial artist Adijah Palmer aka Vybz Kartel known for his Gangsta lyrics filled with tales of debauchery and murder is a resident in a Kingston jail house,  awaiting a hearing on multiple murder charges. in the wake of his incarceration his self avowed "protege", Tommy Lee has taken on an alter ego he calls "Tommy Lee Sparta". The lyrical content of Lee's music as per his explanation is "Dark and Gothic". Taking their their cue from persons in th...
