Al-Qaeda Linked Moroccan male: On an Interpol alert escaped and travelling in eastern Caribbean.

PHILIPSBURG – The KPSM is informing the general public concerning information that was received via Interpol and Caricom Operations of a dangerous subject who fled from Martinique and is wanted by Martinique authorities.

This subject has ties to the terror group al-Qaeda. The subject is believed to have used private boats or aircrafts to be able to travel. The suspect might be traveling through the Eastern Caribbean islands and this puts Sint Maarten on alert as being a tourist destination. The subject is named: Rachid Rafaa, born in Morocco June 30th 1976. The subject may be using false identification for traveling purposes.

Anyone who identifies this subject should immediately get in contact with the police department by calling 1721-549-1125 / 911 / the police tip line 9300 or 54-22222

The report above appeared online in specifically, Curacao Chronicle and      several Curacao based news outlets, as well as some based on Sint Maarten. As I have consistently stated. An attack carried out by Islamist’s is eminent for the Caribbean region.
The entire region with its porous maritime borders and corrupt police and judiciary, is the perfect “soft target”, for Islamist’s. The tourist’s from North America, Canada and Europe are citizens of the American led “broad coalition”, active in Iraq and Syria at present. The Islamic State has repeatedly stated that citizens of those countries are “targets for our spears”, wherever they may be found. Including the Caribbean, who supports the “the Crusaders”, with words and solidarity.

Seeing that the alert came from Korps Politie Sint Maarten (KPSM), which in turn received their information from Interpol and Caricom Operations, such an alert is indeed quite serious coming from those organs, which are privy to insider details that the general public are excluded from. The tone and credibility of the information is from an established, intelligence source, therefore I have reposted it here as a means of validating my previous predictions and at the same time, warning complacent citizens regionally to brace themselves for the inevitable. The reality is the protective services regionally are ill equipped to handle, any type of terrorist scenario. The one pillar tourist based economy, will collapse instantly under a sustained terrorist operation, of any sophistication. The reality is that the regional governments will be forced, to adapt to the changing global and geo-political reality if they are to survive as governing entities, in this fast changing world. As more information becomes available on this development, more will be posted.
